Soy protein isn't optimal for muscular development. If you were to take veggies, I would also add a protein shake (if you're a vegan).

Rob, I have trained on vegs for many years. It's no big deal. Keep it simple and experiment with different spices and ingredient mixes. Sawastea has good knowledge and info on supplements -I am ordering some BSN-6. But again, I have trained over long periods for endurance competitions successfully without any supplements except a milti vitamin. Vegatables will make you lazy because they are so easy to prepare and clean after. GL
